I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Diane Martinelli (“Plaintiff’) brings this action piirsuant to 42-U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1395ff(b), seeking review of the final decision of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (“the Secretary”) denying Plaintiffs application for Medicare coverage for services and treatment for á 15-day period beginning on April ’23, 2011, and continuing up to May 8, 2011, (Dkt. 1).
