Plaintiff Wax NJ-2, LLC (“Wax” or “Plaintiff’) is a franchisee of European Wax Center, a nationwide chain of body-*437waxing salons. Wax owns and operates a European Wax Center location in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Queens, New York, and this lawsuit arises out of a dispute over the construction of that store.
