CHRISTIE, District Judge:
Petitioners in these two suits, consolidated for trial by Order of this Court entered November 10, 1962, each seek enforcement of an order of the National Railroad Adjustment Board pursuant to Title 45 U.S.C.A. Section 153 of the Railway Labor Act. The petition of Hanson and others was originally filed in this court on February 23, 1961, and the petition of Abshire and others on March 31, 1962. On December 8, 1964, in ruling on a motion for summary judgment, this Court denied enforcement of the Hanson petition and dismissed that claim with prejudice. Hanson v.…
