Rudy Sehatke appealed from an order denying his motion to amend a divorce judgment dividing the marital estate and awarding child support. We conclude the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to amend the judgment, and we reverse and remand for further proceedings.

Rudy and Gail were married in 1980 and have three children. They purchased a home in Michigan, North Dakota.
