Linrud v. Linrud
North Dakota Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
SANDSTROM, Justice.
Larry and Carlotta Linrud were divorced after a 26-year marriage. Carlotta Linrud appeals the district court’s property division, contending the district court erred in weighing too heavily each party’s financial contri- button to the marriage and in failing to consider Larry Linrud’s waste of marital assets while the divorce action was pending. Car-lotta Linrud also claims the district court erred in ordering her to pay past due child support to Larry Linrud.
We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
