The defendant, Bounleuth “Pheng” Sinbandith, was convicted after a jury trial in Superior Court (O’Neill, J.) on seven indictments relating to the sale of a controlled drug. See RSA 318-B:2 (1995). We affirm.
In July 1996, Corporal Nightingale, an undercover narcotics detective for the State Police, conducted an investigation in Laconia. In the course of that investigation, Nightingale made arrangements with the defendant for several purchases of crack cocaine.
