JACKSON, Justice.

Petitioner, hereinafter referred to as claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation on November 19, 19S6, for an accidental injury sustained on June 27, 1955. After hearing before the Commission the claim was denied on a finding that it was barred by the one year Statute of Limitations. 85 O.S.1951 § 43. Claimant brings this proceeding to review the order.

Claimant was part owner and Vice-President of the Corporation employer. Plis duties were general in nature. On the 27th of June, 1955, he sustained a com-pensable injury. He was taken to the hospital…
