State v. Hardesty

Pursuant to a reported theft of personal property from a vacant farmhouse in Monroe County, Iowa, a search warrant was directed against the defendant Worley Morton Hardesty on September 1, 1965. On the same date a search of defendant’s home in Whpello County by a group of officers and the complainant revealed two articles which had *385been, reported stolen on August 19, 1965.
