In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Burchell, J.), entered July 10, 1985, as denied their motion to vacate a stipulation of settlement entered into by the parties on October 15, 1984, and to restore the case to the Trial Calendar.

Ordered that order is affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with costs.
