This cause is before this court pursuant to a notice of appeal of the sentence and judgment entered finding Linda Fields (“appellant”) guilty of aggravated menacing. 1

On June 10, 1991, complaints were filed against appellant, alleging violations of R.C. 2903.21, aggravated menacing. The complaints allege that on June 7, 1991, appellant caused Jeremy Dilbert and/or Aaron Sorrell to believe that appellant would cause them physical harm.
