The appellant, Henry L. Turner, a banker doing business under the name of Henry L. Turner & Co., guaranteed the performance by the American Soligraph ¡Company of a contract by which that company agreed to deliver to appellee two notes of the American Consumers Alliknce, Inc., for $1741.50 each, in payment for 160,000 pictures, consisting of 10,000 of each of sixteen different subjects.
