Memorandum and Order
KEETON, District Judge.
This action was brought by George Price (“Price”) against his former employer, United Parcel Service (“UPS”) for damages caused by UPS’ termination of his employment on January 19, 1983. The complaint was filed on April 26, 1984, in the Superior Court Department of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for Plymouth County and defendant removed to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b), 29 U.S.C. § 185, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
