This appeal arises out of the Commonwealth’s application for an interlocutory appeal of a District Court order suppressing evidence consisting of an electroshock weapon, 1 the defendant’s statements regarding its ownership, and the arresting officer’s observations that led to its discovery during a routine motor vehicle stop.
