Statement of the Case

Jacob 0. Robinson (“Robinson”) appeals the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to Class D felony attempted residential entry 1 and his admission to being an habitual substance offender. 2 Robinson argues that: (1) the trial court abused its discretion by denying his motion to continue his sentencing- hearing; and-(2) his sentence is inappropriate.
