I. BACKGROUND
On June 19, 2017, Gwendolyn Washington ("Debtor") filed a Chapter 13 voluntary petition. Previously, on August 1, 2012, Debtor obtained a discharge in a Chapter 7 proceeding. On July 10, 2017, Debtor filed a motion to avoid lien with "Option One Mortgage Corp serviced by Real Time Resolutions Inc." This lien predated the petition date of Debtor's Chapter 7 case.
