This is an appeal from an opinion of the Court of Appeals affirming the decision of the Jefferson Circuit Court that denied Appellant, Erin Haney, summary judgment on the grounds that she is not entitled to qualified official immunity from the negligence claims that Appellee, Biljana Monsky, as next friend of Max Zager, asserts against her.
