INTRODUCTION

The Complaint charges that on June 18, 2008, the plaintiff entered into a written contract with McDonald’s Corporation and McDonald’s USA, LLC (“McDonald’s”) to purchase five parcels of property in Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois, and that the next day, McDonald’s breached the agreement and sold the properties at auction to other purchasers.
