Donald Miniear, defendant herein, was charged in an information filed January 11, 1966, with the crime of robbery armed. Defendant was convicted in a jury trial held in February, 1966, in which he was represented by court-appointed counsel. He was sentenced to a term of 7-1/2 to 15 years in prison, .
