The defendant, Damien K. Young, appeals his convictions for one count of attempted murder, RSA 630:l-a (2007); RSA 629:1 (2007), two counts of first degree assault, RSA 631:1, 1(b) (2007), and one count of felon in possession of a firearm, RSA 159:3 (2002). He also appeals his sentences on two of the convictions.
