MEMORANDUM OPINION
FRANK R. ALLEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiff seeks a judgment declaring that her obligation to repay student loans should not be excepted from discharge. 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). The case was tried on October 19, 2000 against the lone remaining defendant, U.S. Department of Education, and the record supplemented thereafter by consent. After consideration of the evidence presented, and post-trial arguments of the parties, I hold that payment of the entire debt would impose an undue hardship on the Plaintiff, and that the debt should be discharged to the extent it exceeds…
