Plaintiff/Debtor William E. Fulbright (“Fulbright”) commenced this adversary proceeding on February 20, 2004, seeking a determination that excepting student loan debt owing to the Defendant United States Department of Education (“DOE”) from his discharge will impose an undue hardship on the Debtor and his dependents under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
