A notice of appeal on questions of law and fact was filed from a judgment granting a permanent injunction restraining the Recorder of Lorain County, Ohio, from making a record of the proceedings for the incorporation of Brownhelm village, Lorain County, Ohio. The appeal is now pending in this court.
