The proposed village lies in the extreme southwest corner of Bainbridge township in Geauga county, and the extreme northwest corner of Aurora township in Portage county, and the large area of platted territory resided in by members of the plaintiff association and excluded from the proposed village also lies in the extreme northwest corner of Aurora township in Portage county, immediately adjacent to the platted territory described in the petition for incorporation.
