Appeals (1) from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Ingraham, J.), entered August 25, 1992 in Otsego County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and made a declaration in favor of plaintiff, and (2) from an order of said court, entered January 6, 1993 in Otsego County, which imposed sanctions.
