Plaintiffs Richard Noll (“Noll”) and Rhythm Motor Sports, LLC (“Rhythm”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this is a putative class action against Defendant eBay, Inc., (“Defendant”) regarding the recurring fees for the Good ’Til Cancelled (“GTC”) listings.
