This is an appeal by General Foam Corporation and Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association Insur*231anee Company (employer) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County (lower court), wherein the lower court both affirmed the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) granting a rehearing for Paul Tulay (claimant), and granted claimant’s petition to file exceptions nunc pro tunc to a previous order of the Board disallowing his claim. We reverse.
