The plaintiff, Waple & James, Inc., defendant in error here, is a real estate brokerage corporation doing business in the city of Washington. Defendants, plaintiffs in error here, became interested in a house listed for sale by plaintiff, and made an offer to purchase it through one of plaintiff’s salesmen. Failing to obtain that house, defendants told the salesman to *109find them another similar to it.
