Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ “Motion for Leave and Request for Approval of Rule 29 Agreement.” (Dkt. No. 56). Through this motion, Plaintiffs seek approval of the parties’ agreement to conduct the depositions of Defendants Esteban Paez and Juan Enrique Villarreal on January 9, 2014. (See id., Attach. 1; see also Dkt. No. 57). Of note, this date falls outside the court-ordered deadline of January 3, 2014 to complete discovery. (See Dkt. No. 49 at 5).
