Magistrate Judge Estrada signed a Report and Recommendation on February 6, 2012, recommending that the District Court grant the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint and allow Plaintiffs leave to file a Second Amended Complaint.
