Affirming.

In the petition herein, it is averred that the city of London, a city of the fifth class, had passed certain ordinances establishing a fire zone in that municipality, providing for the character of buildings that should thereafter be erected or repaired in that zone, and also providing for the condemnation of buildings which by reason of their condition had become nuisances or fire traps.
