CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is selling intoxicating liquor; the punishment confinement in the penitentiary for one year.

Witnesses for the state testified that they went to appellant’s residence and bought a pint and a half of whiskey from appellant. Appellant’s witnesses testified that they were present when the state’s witnesses came to the house, and that appellant sold them no whiskey. One of these witnesses testified that he had sold appellant two mattresses which he delivered on the occasion the state’s witnesses came to appellant’s house.
