Anthony Wight was convicted in the district court for Ada County of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and concealing a dangerous weapon. I.C. §§ 37-2732, -2734A, 18-3302. For these offenses, Wight received unified sentences totaling ten years, with a five-year minimum period of confinement.
