SHANGLER, Presiding Judge.

In this action for conversion, appellant Leawood National Bank of Kansas City claims ownership and right to possession, as lessor, of certain hydraulic lifts installed in the shop area of a building then owned by Hilliard Chevrolet Company. The respondent City National Bank & Trust Company of Kansas City was the holder of a first deed of trust on the Hilliard premises, and when Hilliard was thereafter adjudicated a bankrupt, purchased the land and building at a bankruptcy sale.
