DECISIONS AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Motion of the United States Trustee to Dismiss this case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(1), § 707(b)(2) and § 707(b)(3). A hearing was held on this matter. At the conclusion of this Hearing, the Court, finding their evidence to be incomplete, ordered the Debtors to submit updated financial information. The Debtors have since complied, with the United States Trustee thereafter filing a response to those financial figures provided by the Debtors.
