Slater, a/k/a Patricia Jayne Slater, individually and in her capacity as guardian of Nathan E. Slater, a minor; Nathan E. Slater; Troy E. Slater, individually and in his capacity as personal representative of the estate of Terry Edward Slater, deceased; and the estate of Terry Edward Slater, deceased.
