Defendant was found guilty by a jury of burglary in the second degree. He appeals from the judg ment of conviction and from the order denying a new trial. As grounds for reversal he urges the following points: (1) that. there is a fatal variance between the pleading and proof; (2) that the evidence is insufficient as a matter of law to sustain the verdict; and (3) that the trial court erred in its rulings on the admissibility of evidence.
