Appellants bring this appeal against the Mississippi Employment Security Commis*1139sion (hereinafter the “Commission”) and the appellants’ employer, Johnston-Tombigbee Furniture Manufacturing Co., Inc. (hereinafter “Johnston-Tombigbee”). The Lowndes County Circuit Court affirmed the Commission’s finding that, as a result of a monetary settlement of unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, unemployment benefits paid to appellants during a strike could be recouped by the Commission pursuant to statute.
