On November 11, 2015, the plaintiff-creditors, Sheen Falls Strategies, LLC, Daniel Geib, and Kevin McGinty, filed this adversary proceeding seeking a determination that three state court judgments entered in their favor and against the defendant-debtor, James Keane, are nondis-chargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B), and (a)(4).
