Plaintiff Mary Pollard claims that defendant High’s of Baltimore, Inc. violated her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) by failing to accommodate her disability and by constructively discharging her. Pollard also claims that she was wrongfully discharged under Maryland law. The district court granted summary judgment to High’s.
