MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Plaintiff Hinsdale Hospital Corporation (“HHC”) brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1395oo(f) providing for judicial review of final determinations by the defendant, the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (“the Secretary”), concerning disputed claims for Medicare reimbursement. Plaintiff challenges the amount of reimbursement to which it is entitled under the Medicare Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395 et seq. Plaintiff and defendant have filed cross-motions for summary judgment.
