SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellant, Dayton Evans, challenges the post-conviction court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. Upon appeal, Evans presents three issues for our review: (1) whether the post-conviction court abused its discretion by denying Evans a continuance so that he could hire an attorney to represent him during the post-conviction proceedings, (2) whether the post-conviction court abused its discretion in denying Evans's petition for post-convietion relief, and (8) whether the post-convietion court abused its discretion by failing to assist and advise Evans on…
