*357On July 11, 1963 the First Peoples Bank of Johnson City offered for probate in the County Conrt of Washington Connty a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Arthur S. Hartsell, deceased. On that same day Edna Hartsell Delaney, daughter and sole heir at law and next of kin of the decedent, filed a petition in the same Court alleging her father died intestate on June 30,1963 and prayed that she be appointed adminis-tratrix of his estate.
