EWELL, Judge.

This case is before the Court on an appeal from the Chancery Court of Wilson County, Tennessee, by Mary Ann Lester Lewis and others from a decree construing the will of Minnie L. Reeves, deceased.

Mrs. Reeves died testate, a resident of Wilson County, Tennessee, on April 30, 1975. Her husband, S.M. Reeves, died in 1962, and both Mr. and Mrs. Reeves died without issue. She left a brother, Charlie Reason Lester, one of the defendants, and nine nieces and nephews, children of her deceased brothers.
