VAN YALKENBURGH, District Judge.

This is a final hearing on a bill to restrain the defendants from enforcing an ordinance of the defendant municipal corporation entitled “An ordinance to license and regulate the different classes of business, employment, occupation, agencies, amusements, etc., in the city of Lee’s Summit, Missouri,” approved September 6, 1910. Lee’s Summit is a municipal corporation under the laws of the state of Missouri, located in Jackson county, Alo. Defendant Rittenhouse is its mayor, and the defendant Brown its marshal.
