The appellee was injured in an automobile accident in November, 1933, while she and her husband were passengers in her husband’s car then being driven by defendant, John Monte, Mrs. Bachman’s brother. Appellant had issued a liability insurance policy, covering such an accident. Appellee’s husband was the named insured, but the usual omnibus clause in the policy protected Monte as well.
