Reversing.

On March 7, 1921, Lavinia R. Watkins and her husband, George C. Watkins, in consideration of one dollar and other considerations, set out in a written contract of that date, executed and delivered a deed to Janies A. Wallace, conveying to him a tract of land, the property of Mrs. Watkins, containing 221 acres lying in Bourbon county and not far from Paris. The written agreement referred to in the deed was signed by all three of them and is in substance as follows:(1) In consideration of Wallace assuming the payment of the indebtedness…
