The juvenile court terminated the parental rights of the mother and father of the minor children, born on August 29,1999, October 7, 2000, and April 5,2002, respectively. The father filed a motion for new trial, asserting that the Catoosa County Department of Family and Children Services (the “Department”) failed to make reasonable efforts to find a relative placement for the children in accordance with OCGA § 15-11-103 (a) (1).
