Sometime after midnight on May 16, 2015, members of the Special Response Team of the Detroit Police Department used a battering ram and a “flash-bang” grenade to initiate a high-stakes raid of a duplex residence located at 4054/4056 Lilli-bridge in order to apprehend Chauncey Owens, suspect in a notorious murder.
