MEMORANDUM

RAKOFF, District Judge.

By Order dated October 19, 2008, the Court denied without prejudice the motion of plaintiff Motorola Credit Corporation (“Motorola”) seeking to require JP Morgan Chase, ABN AMRO Bank, N.V., UBS AG, Credit Suisse, Credit Lyonnais, and certain subsidiaries of HSBC Holdings PLC 1 to transfer into this Court’s registry the funds held in accounts outside this District belonging to the individual defendants and the companies they control. This Memorandum briefly states the reasons for that ruling.
