THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Government’s Motion In Limine to Exclude Testimony of Dr. Jerome Polia-coff. Defendant Augusto Guillermo Falcon (“Falcon”) seeks to call Dr. Jerome Poliacoff (“Dr. Poliacoff’), a forensic psychologist, to testify as to his assessment of the personality disorders of key government witness, Marilyn Bonachea (“Bona-chea”), and the effect these disorders have on her ability to perceive, recall, and recount events accurately.
